ACQUISITION

Our land aquisition team utilizes data driven metrics to identify and aquire development sites. We perform extensive due diligence to ensure financial viability and project delivery.

DESIGN

Once project sites are acquired, our engineering team obtains any necessary zoning, designs sites and completes permitting and entitlements with the respective jurisdictions.

SITEWORKS

Our landworks team delivers buildable sites via clearing, grading, and installing erosion control, utilities, roadway, and stormwater infrastructure.

BUILDING

We facilitate a variety of high quality vertical construction products on our sites through our in-house building companies as well as through partnerships with reputable builders.

RESIDENTIAL

VennTerra is a leading lot developer in the Triad. We have delivered over 4,000 lots and currently have over 3,000 lots in various stages of development.

COMMERICIAL

While VennTerra primarily focuses on residential land development we also have a contingency of commercial sites under currently under development.
